Our physicians are committed to providing you with the best quality of care available, and to making you feel as comfortable as possible during your procedure. In doing so, we offer Propofol sedation to our patients for endoscopic procedures. Patients having their procedure done at one of our RMG Endoscopy Centers will be screened for eligibility and, provided they are a good candidate, will receive Propofol administered by one of our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA). The sedation offers many advantages including improved comfort, better polyp detection rates, faster onset of sedation and faster patient recovery.
