Schedule a Patient

RMG employs ten full-time schedulers to assist your patients with scheduling an office visit or a procedure at the location most convenient to them. Our schedulers are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To efficiently schedule an appointment, please include your patient’s contact information, symptoms, medical history, and any other pertinent details when contacting our offices. To schedule an office visit or procedure, please select the preferred location and provider from the drop-down menu below and fill out the entire form with the requested information. Upon receipt of your information, one of our schedulers will call your patient to confirm the appointment and finalize the details.
