Nicole is coming to us from New York, and is now seeing patients. Nicole got her undergrad in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland, and then her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Education from the Teachers College at Columbia University.
She says her mission is to open more eyes to the world of health and nutrition. “Combining my dedication to the field of nutrition and dietetics and my determination to ensure quality care, I will be able to have a greater impact on the lives of others.”

Gabrielle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) who earned two bachelor of science degrees in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from Kansas State University. She completed her accredited dietetic internship through Kansas State’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Gabrielle is passionate about preventative nutrition therapies, integrative and functional nutrition, and encouraging a healthy relationship with food and body. She is dedicated to helping clients reach their nutrition and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling and achievable goal setting that focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes. Grounded in evidence-based practice, she is committed to growing as a clinician in a rapidly evolving field.
Outside of being a Dietitian, Gabrielle loves exploring the mountains, going to local farmers markets, spending time with loved ones, and teaching and practicing yoga—she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Laura is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG). She is currently working to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University. She also completed her accredited dietetic internship there. Before moving to Colorado, Laura served as a clinical out-patient Dietitian covering Oncology, Cardiac Rehab, Wound Center, and Transitional Care. Being passionate about utilizing an integrative approach to medical nutrition therapy, Laura is dedicated to focusing on evidenced-based practices to help clients meet sustainable nutrition goals. Laura defines her purpose as supporting each client with tailored care in their journey to health and wellness. In her free time, Laura enjoys hiking, exploring trails, cooking, backyard birding, and growing vegetables.
