Nutritional Counseling Department Manager

Kara sees patients at our Arapahoe in Littleton, Lakewood, Thornton and Westminster office locations.
Kara Siedman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified LEAP Therapist, and the Manager of our Nutritional Counseling Program. Kara is also a certified yoga teacher whose nutrition philosophy embraces real food, integrative medicine and mindfulness. Kara’s goal is to help patients reach their maximum potential in health and wellness through a whole foods approach. Instead of focusing on quantity, Kara encourages her clients to value the quality of food, which can, in turn, have drastic effects on overall health. With a specialization in weight loss, Kara can not only motivate patients to keep to their goals, but can also provide useful and evidence-based nutrition guidance for sustained weight loss.

Amy Franklin, RDN, CLT

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Amy sees patients at our Arapahoe in Littleton, Centennial, Midtown and Thornton office locations. Amy (Weiman) Franklin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified LEAP Therapist whose philosophy is to help people eat nourishing, delicious and desired foods, targeting maximum health and well-being. With experience in an array of disease states, Amy’s attention has been with Oncology and GI issues helping people live and thrive through a whole-body, whole foods, and individualized approach. Amy also has great success in motivating people to achieve a healthy weight and healthy relationships with food. Amy is a Colorado native who enjoys skiing, hiking, rafting, cooking and travel.

Nicole LIndel, RDN

Position:

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Nicole will begin seeing patients in November 2020!

Nicole is coming to us from New York, and set to begin working with Kara & Amy in mid-August. Nicole got her undergrad in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland, and then her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Education from the Teachers College at Columbia University.

She says her mission is to open more eyes to the world of health and nutrition. “Combining my dedication to the field of nutrition and dietetics and my determination to ensure quality care, I will be able to have a greater impact on the lives of others.”
