
Dr. Walker earned his bachelor’s degree in medical science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduating with Honors. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Walker completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Arizona/Phoenix VA Medical Center/Good Samaritan Medical Center and did his Advanced Training Fellowship in Therapeutic Endoscopy at the Phoenix VA Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
Dr. Walker has been in many honors societies including Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Sigma Epsilon Honor Society and has been on the Dean’s List. He has been a volunteer lecturer for the American Cancer Society and a volunteer physician for the Phoenix Cardinals and the Phoenix Formula I Grand Prix.
Dr. Walker is a member of the Colorado Medical Society, Clear Creek Valley Medical Society, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
