Nausea With Vomiting

Nausea is an uneasy, sometimes painful feeling in the stomach that is often accompanied by vomiting. Vomiting is the forcible emptying of stomach contents through the mouth.. Nausea and vomiting are symptoms, not a disease. Most often, nausea and vomiting can be caused by the stomach flu, also known as viral gastroenteritis. Other common causes may include motion sickness, some types of infections, pregnancy, food poisoning, chemotherapy treatment or certain medications.
